Agreement

By creating an Aevnis account or using Aevnis software, you agree to these terms.

The service

Aevnis provides Aevnis Shell (a desktop application) and associated web services. The app connects to AI providers using your own API key — Aevnis facilitates this connection but is not an AI provider itself.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD via Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial is available. No credit card required to start.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at end of current period.
• No refunds for partial months unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use Aevnis Shell during your active subscription. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aevnis to violate laws, harm others, or attempt to circumvent licensing or security measures.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may update or modify the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aevnis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any month is capped at the amount you paid us that month.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
